Arnaldo Caprai Grecante Grechetto Colli Martani DOC, 2021

This wine is made of 100% Grechetto. We would pair this with a seared tuna steak. Grechetto is a fuller white grape, with both intense fruit character and seashell-like minerality. This wine has strong notes of tropical fruits and lime zest and a faint nutty undertone. Its minerality and salinity ties everything together for an extremely refreshing experience.
